Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us before sending the item back. Let us know which product, size, or variant you would like to receive instead. This allows us to reserve the requested item for you, subject to availability, and provide you with detailed exchange instructions.
Return Procedure
Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, preferably in their original packaging and with all original labels and tags attached.
Customers may use any shipping carrier of their choice.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the withdrawal form and include it with your return shipment. Alternatively, you may send a completed and signed copy by email.

Tracking Information
After dispatching the return shipment, please send us the tracking number by email so that the shipment can be monitored and any delivery issues can be resolved promptly.
Returns from Countries Outside the European Union
When returning goods from a country outside the EU, please ensure that the shipment is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" for customs purposes. Failure to do so may result in customs charges or delays.
If customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges were paid upon delivery, customers should check with their local authorities regarding the possibility of reclaiming these charges, if applicable.
