DO NOT use sand as a filler material for this product. If you are using a filler other than dried chickpeas (rice, shredded fabric, plastic beads, dried corn, etc.) please ensure that the total weight of your filler material does not exceed 13lb (5.9kg).
For the best training experience, we recommend using dried chickpeas as a filler. Alternatively, you can use fillers such as rice, shredded fabric, plastic beads and, of course, dried corn. Adjust the amount of filler material to achieve your preferred weight and density.
